The Ministry of Environment and Climate Control implements a network of air monitoring stations that collect real-time air pollution data. This information is made available to the public on the agency’s website. When it came time to upgrade the data network for these stations, MOECC choose Premier to supply a wired & wireless WAN integrated system. Premier was able to bundle a system that allowed the MOECC to deploy a wireless WAN that can be remotely monitored and controlled, reducing on-site visits and allowing for zero touch maintenance. The network upgrade has reduced operating and connectivity costs as a result the MOECC has now implemeted the solution in their entire network of stations.
